I. I have been informed that, provided the item sent is exactly the one purchased and does not present any defects or factory faults, I will be responsible for the direct return costs of the product.
II. I have been informed that I will not be able to exercise my right of withdrawal for products that are exempt within the clause of EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
III. Attached to this withdrawal document, I enclose a copy of the purchase invoice for the acquired product.
IV. I have been informed that, in accordance with current regulations, I must return the product without delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which I communicate my decision to withdraw from the contract.
V. Based on the aforementioned articles, I exercise my right of withdrawal, returning the corresponding product in perfect condition, with its original packaging, along with all accessories and promotions attached to the purchase.
Likewise, I agree that, if my right is applicable, the total amount paid will be refunded to me, WITHOUT interest, to the account I provided within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of this document by the Provider.
