If when you receive your product you find that it does not work correctly, you have 30 days to request the return or exchange of the same. To do this, you must access your username / my orders and request the return of the product. In the event that you decide to return the product, but the product is not defective from the factory, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
If you have received a hit package, you must inform us the first 5 days from receipt of the package to be able to process your claim. In the event that the product is damaged by the factory, the shipping costs of the home collection are free.
1. REQUEST THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
If you are registered, go to the My Accountsection.
Then select My Order History and Details.
Select the order in which the product you want to return is located.
1. Select the product you want to return from your order list.
2. Explain the reason for the return.
3. Click on"Make a return merchandise authorization note".
You will then receive a confirmation email with all the details of your return.
2. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE WITH THE DELIVERY NOTE
Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate in this document if you want to make an exchange or return and the corresponding items.
If you can't find it, go to My Orders in the My Account section, select your order and print the 'Return Form'.
3. THE CARRIER WILL COME TO YOUR HOME TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE
Once the return authorization has been received, you must send the product to the transport agency that is most comfortable for you if you must send the product or you must wait for MRW to pick up the package if TiendaCPU is responsible for the return.
If it is a return, the refund will be made effective within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment the withdrawal is communicated in the same payment method used in the purchase and within a period of between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your package in our warehouses.
In making changes and returns you have to know that:
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- As soon as we receive your package, we will check the condition of the items and exchange or refund the returned products. Please note that in the case of returns by postal mail, cpu global sales SL will not accept shipments postage due or cash on delivery and that shipping or return costs will not be paid.
- In the case of the Games, the return is only accepted in the event that the game is sealed, as delivered.
- Notices of products delivered with damage must be communicated to CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L. within a period of less than 5 calendar days from the date of receipt, not making us responsible for the products with subsequent communications.
The deadline for the refund can range between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the payment will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.
Have you made the payment by bank transfer? In this case, we will need your IBAN code to make the refund. To do this, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your bank details. As soon as we receive this data, we will make the return. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.
If you have received an item with a defect or that does not correspond to the purchase and you decide to return it by mail, remember to include in the package the proof of shipping costs to our offices. As soon as we verify the condition of the products, we will pay you the amount of the returned items and the corresponding shipping and return costs.
Please note that the refund of the transport will be made after the payment of the items.
In Tienda CPU we label all products by their serial number so only the return and corresponding refund of those items that match the serial number sent will be accepted.
