Exchanges and Returns

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to exchange an item for another sealed or request its return. To do this, you must access your user/my orders and request the return of the product. In the event that you decide to return the product, but the product is not defective at the factory, the shipping costs will be borne by you. If you have received a damaged product, you must inform us for the first 5 days from receipt of the package in order to process its claim. In the event that the product is damaged from manufacture, the shipping costs of the home pickup is free of charge.

Then select History and details of my orders.


Select the order in which the product you want to return is located.


1. Select the product you want to return from the list of your order.

2. Explain the reason for the return.

3. Click on"Make a return merchandise authorization note".

You will then receive a confirmation email with all the details of your return.


Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate in this document whether you want to make a change or return and the corresponding items.

If you can't find it, go to My Orders in the My Account section, select your order and print the 'Return Form'.


Once you receive the return authorization, you must send the product with the transport agency that is most convenient if you must ship the product or you must wait for Carrier to pick up the package if TiendaCPU is responsible for the return.

In the case of a refund, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the time the withdrawal is communicated in the same payment method used in the purchase and within 3 to 12 working days from the time we receive your package in our warehouses.

Return conditions

When making changes and returns you need to know that:

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • As soon as we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and make the exchange or refund of the returned products. Please note that in the case of returns by post, cpu global sales SL will not accept shipments in due or counter-refund and that shipping and return costs will not be paid.
  • In the case of the Games, the return is only accepted in the event that it is game is sealed, as delivered.


The refund period can range from 3 to 12 working days from the time we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we check the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the credit will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.

Have you made the payment by bank transfer? In this case, we will need your IBAN code to make the refund. To do this, send us an email with your bank details. As soon as we receive this data, we will make the return. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is shipped.

If you have received a defected or non-purchase item and decide to return it by mail, remember to include in the package proof of shipping costs to our offices. As soon as we check the status of the products, we will pay you the amount of the returned items and the corresponding shipping and return costs.

Please note that the refund of the transport will be made after the items are credited.
